Industry S-01 · Restaurants & cafés

One ticket stream from the door to the day-end.

Counter, table, phone, Talabat, own delivery — five ways an order arrives, one queue for the kitchen, one close for finance. Built for Jordanian F&B: Arabic-first, keeps selling offline, and licensed per branch.

Fig. 01 — The problems

What actually goes wrong on a Thursday.

01

Three systems, three versions of the truth

The till says one number, the delivery app another, the accountant a third. Reconciling them is somebody's whole morning.

FixOne ledger. BranchPOS, Dine-In and Call-Center POS all post to ELTS ERP — the day-end is generated, not assembled.

02

The internet drops and trading stops

Cloud-only tills go blind in an outage. Staff fall back to paper and the evening is lost twice — once at the counter, once in data entry.

FixThe till holds the catalogue locally, keeps printing, and replays the queue when the line returns.

03

Kitchen tickets that arrive wrong or twice

Modifiers dropped, courses out of order, reprints producing duplicate tickets on a busy pass.

FixStation routing with coursing, holds and re-fires — a reprint is marked as one, not sent as a new order.

04

Marketplace orders re-typed by hand

Talabat and MyThings orders read off a tablet and typed into the till: slow, error-prone, and invisible to reporting.

FixMarketplace orders land directly in the branch queue through Call-Center POS, with their status sent back automatically.

Fig. 02 — Order flow

Five doors in. One queue out.

Select a channel to follow the order through the system.

  1. 01 · Intake BranchPOS

The cashier rings the order on the terminal; modifiers and combos are priced from the central catalogue.

  2. 02 · Kitchen Station printer

Items split by station — grill, cold, bar — with coursing respected.

  3. 03 · Payment BranchPOS

Cash or card taken at the till, receipt printed in Arabic and English.

  4. 04 · Ledger ELTS ERP

Sale, stock movement and shift totals posted, and visible in the group day-end.

In practiceWorks the same with the branch offline.

  1. 01 · Intake ELTS Dine-In

The server takes the order at the table on a tablet, by course.

  2. 02 · Kitchen Station printer

Fires immediately, or holds until the server releases the course.

  3. 03 · Payment BranchPOS

The bill is split by item or evenly, and settled at the table or the counter.

  4. 04 · Ledger ELTS ERP

Table turn time and server performance land in reporting with the sale.

In practiceNo walk back to the till to send an order.

  1. 01 · Intake Call-Center POS

Caller ID brings up the customer and their last order; the agent confirms the address.

  2. 02 · Routing Call-Center POS

Routed to the branch that can deliver soonest, by area, load and prep time.

  3. 03 · Dispatch ELTS Delivery Manager

Assigned to one of your drivers, with the address and the delivery fee attached.

  4. 04 · Ledger ELTS ERP

Delivery revenue and the fee posted against the branch that cooked it.

In practiceRepeat customers are the quickest: their details are already on screen.

  1. 01 · Intake Marketplace

The order arrives from the marketplace directly in the branch queue — no re-typing.

  2. 02 · Kitchen Station printer

Printed like any other ticket, marked with its channel.

  3. 03 · Status Call-Center POS

Accepted, preparing and ready are sent back to the marketplace automatically.

  4. 04 · Ledger ELTS ERP

The channel's commission is recorded, so the branch's margin is real, not gross.

In practiceThe integration is maintained by us, not a plug-in.

  1. 01 · Intake Call-Center POS

The order is taken by phone and priced with your own delivery fee.

  2. 02 · Kitchen Station printer

Fired with a target ready time, so the food and the driver meet.

  3. 03 · Dispatch ELTS Delivery Manager

Your driver is assigned and the run is tracked from pickup to delivery.

  4. 04 · Ledger ELTS ERP

Each driver's cash is settled at the end of the shift, and the fee posted.

In practiceSame ledger as the counter sales.
