Terms of service
These terms govern your use of eltsjo.com, including the quote basket and the enquiry forms. The software licences, hardware and support we provide are governed by the agreement signed with your organisation.
Using the site is free and for information. A quotation isn't a contract until it is confirmed in writing, prices are on request, and what you actually buy is governed by your signed agreement.
1. Scope
These terms apply to this website, the quote basket, requests for demonstrations and information, job applications, and the support pages, including tickets and the files offered there. They do not replace or change a signed licence, supply or support agreement; if the two differ, the signed agreement prevails.
The response times on the support page describe how we handle tickets. Where your support agreement sets different terms, the agreement prevails.
2. Using the site
You may browse the site, share links to it, and send us enquiries. You must not try to access parts of the site or our systems that you are not authorised to use, interfere with how the site works or with its security, collect its content or data automatically at scale, or send false information or someone else's details in a form.
3. Quotations and prices
Prices are given on request. A quotation is prepared for your requirements and binds neither side until it is confirmed in writing. It is valid for the period stated on it, and hardware prices may change with availability and exchange rates.
Adding products to the quote basket costs nothing, commits you to nothing and takes no payment. The site does not sell anything or take payments online.
4. Product information
We work to keep the site accurate, but product descriptions, specifications and features may change as the products develop. The screens shown on the site are illustrations, not pictures of a customer's system. What you receive is what your quotation and agreement set out.
5. Intellectual property
The software, product names, logos, text and design of this site belong to Eye Light For Technology Services or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond normal browsing and sharing without our written permission.
Other companies' names and logos, such as the services we integrate with and the clients we show with their permission, belong to their owners.
6. Other websites
The site links to other services, such as WhatsApp, AnyDesk and our clients' websites. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle your data.
7. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the site available and free of errors but cannot guarantee either. To the extent Jordanian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Our liability for the products and services we supply is set out in your agreement with us.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top of this page show which terms apply.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
