Fig. 01 — Capability

What a delivery operation actually needs.

01

Dispatch that uses prep time

Assignment by zone, distance, driver load and the merchant's live prep estimate — so a driver is not left standing at a counter.

02

Three apps, one engine

Customer, driver and merchant apps over the same dispatch and ledger, in Arabic and English, built for how addresses work in Jordan.

03

The merchant's till already knows

For merchants on ELTS the order lands in their normal ticket stream; for others it prints with a reference they can reconcile.

04

True cost per run

Distance, elapsed time, waiting at the merchant and the driver's rate are captured per run and posted against the zone.

05

Settlement that settles

Merchant payouts, commission and driver earnings accrue per run and produce statements each side can read and check against the record.

06

Cash on delivery, reconciled

Driver floats, collected cash and hand-over are recorded, so cash on delivery does not become a weekly argument.

Fig. 07 — Questions

What buyers ask first.

01 Is Mishwar available now?

Not generally. A pilot is running in Amman and we are selecting a small number of pilot partners. If you need delivery software in production today, Call-Center POS with ELTS Delivery Manager is the honest answer.

02 Do we need to be an ELTS client already?

No. Merchants on other tills can receive orders on a printer or in the merchant app. Being on BranchPOS means the order lands in your existing ticket stream instead.

03 Who employs the drivers?

In the pilot, either model works: our fleet serving your merchants, or your own drivers on our dispatch. Earnings and settlement are calculated the same way.

04 How is the cost per run calculated?

Distance, elapsed time, waiting at the merchant and the driver rate for that shift — posted per run rather than averaged across the week.

05 What happens after the pilot?

Pilot partners get first refusal on commercial terms and keep their data. If we decide the product is not ready, we will say so rather than sell it anyway.
