Cookie policy
This page lists every cookie this website sets, what each one does and how long it lasts, and how to control them. Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser.
A few small cookies make the site work: your language, your cookie choice, your quote basket and form security. Analytics is off unless you accept it, and even then it uses no cookies. No advertising, and no tracking across other websites.
1. Cookies that keep the site working
These are needed for the site to work, so they don't need your consent. None of them tracks you across other websites.
| Cookie | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|
.AspNetCore.Culture | Remembers whether you chose Arabic or English. | 1 year |
elts_consent | Remembers your choice about analytics, and when you made it. | 1 year |
elts_quote | Holds the products in your quote basket. | 7 days |
elts_af | Protects our forms against requests forged by other websites. | Until you close your browser |
elts.auth | Keeps ELTS staff signed in to the site's administration area. Visitors never receive it. | Until the browser closes, or after 30 minutes without activity |
2. Stored in your browser
If you use the light and dark switch at the top of the page, your browser remembers your choice as elts-theme in its local storage. It stays on your device and is never sent to us. Clearing your browsing data removes it, and the site opens dark again.
3. Analytics
If you choose Accept analytics in the cookie banner, your browser loads Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts the pages you view, the site that sent you, your rough location and your type of device. It sets no cookies, stores nothing on your device, and does not follow you over time or build a profile of you.
If you choose Necessary only, it is not loaded at all.
4. Advertising
We don't use advertising cookies, or any cookies that track you across other websites.
5. Your choices
You can change your analytics choice at any time with Cookie preferences at the bottom of every page.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. The site still works, but it will forget your language and empty your quote basket, and the forms need their security cookie to be sent.
