Amman, Jordan

A software company that shows up in person.

Eye Light For Technology Services — E.L.T.S. SOFT — has built the systems Jordanian businesses run on since 2018, and supplies the hardware underneath them. We write the software, specify the terminals, install them on site, and answer the phone when a branch is stuck at eight in the evening. That last part is the whole business model.

Fig. 01 — What we do

Everything a branch needs, from one number.

The software, the hardware it runs on, the installation and the support after it come from the same company, so there is never a question of whose problem it is.

  • Software

Seven products for point of sale, ERP, collections, call centres and delivery, written in Amman and in Arabic and English from the first screen.

  • Hardware

Touch terminals, receipt printers, tablets and networking, chosen to run our software and supplied from our store.

  • Installation and training

We install on site, move your data across, and train the people who will use the system: at the counter, on the floor and in the back office.

  • Support, 24/7

Support around the clock in Arabic and English from the team that wrote the software, on the phone, on WhatsApp or on site.

Fig. 02 — How we work

Four rules we don't break.

  1. It has to work with the internet down

Software for a branch is designed for a Jordanian line on a bad day: tills keep selling when the connection drops and catch up when it returns. If a feature only works on a perfect network, it is not finished.

  2. Your data stays in your building

Most ELTS systems run on SQL Server on your own server, with a backup and restore plan designed with your IT. If hosting suits you better, we host it: an option, never a condition.

  3. The person who wrote it supports it

Support runs 24/7, and there is no tier-one screen between you and the engineers who built the system. That is uncomfortable for us, and it is the reason bugs get fixed instead of logged.

  4. Arabic is not a translation layer

Right-to-left is designed in from the first screen: layout, receipts, reports and support. Not a mirrored English interface with the strings swapped.

Come and see it running.

Book a demo and we will run the software for you on real hardware, in Arabic and English, and answer the questions your team actually has.
