P-01Point of sale · offline-first

BranchPOS

The till that does not stop. The full catalogue is held on the terminal, payment is taken and the receipt printed with the network unplugged, and every sale reconciles to ELTS ERP the moment the line returns.

Fig. 01 — Capability

What a shift actually needs.

01

Offline-first by design

The full catalogue, prices and open tickets live on the terminal. Lose the internet mid-service and nothing changes on screen.

02

Kitchen routing that holds

Items route to the right station printer by category, with coursing, holds and re-fires. No duplicate tickets after a reprint.

03

Arabic and English, properly

A right-to-left layout, Arabic item names and receipts that read correctly in both languages — not a mirrored English screen.

04

Shifts, cash and discipline

Cashier login, blind counts, void and discount permissions, and a shift report that reconciles to the drawer.

05

One catalogue, every branch

Prices, modifiers and combos are set once in ELTS ERP and pushed to every branch, with branch-level overrides where you allow them.

06

Fits the counter you have

Runs on a touch terminal, a small-footprint box or an existing Windows PC, with the printers and drawers you already own where possible.

Sale screen The screen a cashier lives on: category, item grid, open ticket, payment. Two taps to a printed receipt.Illustration
Kitchen tickets Routing rules per station, with coursing and hold states visible to the floor.Illustration
Shift report Blind count, declared cash, variance — the report a supervisor signs at close.Illustration
Arabic layout The same build in Arabic: a right-to-left layout, Arabic item names and a receipt in both languages.Illustration

Fig. 07 — Questions

What buyers ask first.

01 What happens when the internet goes down mid-service?

Nothing visible. The terminal holds the catalogue and the open tickets locally, keeps taking payments and printing, and queues everything for the central database. When the line returns the queue replays in order — no re-keying, no lost sales.

02 Can it run alongside the tills we already have?

Yes, branch by branch. Most groups move one site at a time and keep the old system running in parallel for a while. ELTS ERP can take sales from both during the move, so reporting stays whole.

03 Do we have to buy your hardware?

No. We supply terminals and printers we have tested with BranchPOS, because that removes a whole class of support calls — but it runs on standard Windows hardware and most ESC/POS printers you already own.

04 Who holds the data?

You do. SQL Server runs on your server, in your building, and we design the backup and restore plan with your IT. Nothing has to leave the premises.

05 How long does a rollout take?

It depends on the size of the catalogue and the number of branches. A branch is usually installed, loaded and trained in a day, and groups move one branch at a time so trading never stops.

06 Is support in Arabic?

Yes. Support and training are in Arabic and English, 24/7, from Amman — by phone, WhatsApp or an AnyDesk remote session.
